Just you and a coach! If you have specific goals and want to train during off hours, PT is probably right for you. You and your coach will discuss your fitness goals and prepare a personalized plan for your journey.
GROUP TRAINING
Like the idea of camaraderie? Our group classes bring great energy! Through connections with other athletes you build community and accountability partners while still receiving personalized attention from the coaches.
EXPERIENCED CROSSFITTER
If you have at least six months of CrossFit experience, you should take our Accelerated Foundations Course. This one hour course will put you through 21 key movements of CrossFit. You will be scored on those movements and must receive a passing score to continue to Group Training
